ERG PRESS publishes High Road to Aspen*, Aspen's Rugged Splendor, and Moonlight Over Pearl. These thoughtful, beautifully photographed and designed books about the high country of Colorado, are a collaboration of three creative men committed to the outdoor life.

 

Paul Andersen has been a writer and editor for 35 years. He writes books, movies, magazine articles, plays, short stories, and leads the Nature and Society Seminar at the Aspen Institute. He is a regular columnist and contributing writer for the Aspen Times, and has written eight books about Aspen and western Colorado.

 

David Hiser | photoaspen.com | Photojournalist and photo educator. David has had more than 400 photographs published in National Geographic Magazine and is represented internationally by Getty Images. A resident of the Aspen area for over 40 years, he has led and continues to lead numerous photo workshops for Anderson Ranch Arts Center and Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.

 

Curt Carpenter | curtlcarpenter.com | Graphic designer, illustrator and cartographer. Since moving to Aspen in 1979, Curt has designed books, magazines, logos and maps, as well as illustrated a dozen books in woodcut.
